The rules and liability terms for using Circulate.
Platform role
Circulate acts solely as a technology platform facilitating user-to-user exchanges.
Circulate is not a party to transactions between users and does not guarantee:
- item quality
- item condition
- transaction completion
- user conduct
- listing accuracy
User assumption of risk
Users engage in transactions at their own discretion and risk.
Prohibited conduct
Users may not:
- engage in fraud
- manipulate pricing
- misuse credits
- impersonate others
- post illegal or prohibited items
- exploit or abuse the platform
Credit system
Circulate credits are internal platform credits intended solely for use within the Circulate ecosystem.
Credits:
- are not bank accounts
- are not insured deposits
- are not investment products
- are not redeemable for cash
- do not represent ownership interest in Circulate
Circulate reserves the right to modify platform mechanics, limits, and features as necessary for platform operation and stability.
